Job Title: Civil Inspector (Villa Projects)

Company Overview:
We are a reputed consultancy firm in the UAE specializing in high-end villa and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Civil Inspector with strong technical and site supervision skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on construction progress, workmanship, and quality of materials used.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and follow-up actions as required.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project engineers and architects in ensuring timely project delivery and quality assurance.
• Participate in meetings, site audits, and handover processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of overall UAE experience, with at least 5 years in a consultancy firm handling villa/residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and construction codes.
• Proven experience in quality control, supervision, and site inspection.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction management software is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
