Civil Inspector

Job Title: Civil Inspector – Steel Structure

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Inspector – Steel Structure with a strong consultancy background to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and supervising civil and steel structure works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect all civil and steel structure works at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor fabrication, erection, welding, bolting, and installation of steel structures.
• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Review materials delivered to site and verify approvals.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams.
• Identify non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Monitor daily site progress and report project updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and construction standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as Civil Inspector.
• Strong experience in Steel Structure Projects.
• Mandatory consultancy background in UAE projects.
• Knowledge of inspection procedures, QA/QC standards, and HSE regulations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Steel Structure & Consultancy : 5 years (Required)
