Civil Inspector (Saudi National)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Inspector to join the construction supervision team for the Industrial Valley infrastructure development at KAEC , covering approximately 8.4 million sqm . The role involves monitoring civil construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.

• Inspect civil works including roads, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure works .

• Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Verify construction activities such as earthworks, road works, stormwater drainage, and utility installations .

• Report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Coordinate with the Resident Engineer and contractors to resolve site issues.

• Maintain inspection records, site reports, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.

• Saudi National (mandatory).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering .

• Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects.

• Experience working with consultancy/PMC supervision teams .

• Experience in road networks, stormwater, and infrastructure projects preferred.

• Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction standards.
