Civil Interior Site Supervisor

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Site Supervisor based in Multan.

Position: Site Supervisor - Multan

Qualification: Bachelors in Civil engineering or Civil technology

Experience: 2-3 years

Salary: 70k-80k

Job Duties:

- Supervise and monitor daily civil and interior site activities.

- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Prepare and share daily progress reports with management.

- Conduct and actively participate in project meetings and presentations.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per project requirements.

- Perform market surveys and rate analysis for materials and services.

- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with company policies and project requirements.

- Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
