Candidates should have background in one or more of the following areas, on either the plaintiff- or defense-side:- Construction law (residential or commercial)- Home improvement disputes- Debt collection and defense- Property damage claims and defenses- Property damage or sale disputes- Easements- Zoning, conservatorships, partitions, property line disputes and other real estate litigationWhy Join Us: This is an ideal opportunity for attorneys who want independence and control over their practice without the burden of running a solo firm.
