Civil Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Civil Maintenance Executive to oversee and manage civil maintenance activities including building repairs, infrastructure upkeep, and renovation works. The candidate will ensure the proper functioning, safety, and longevity of all civil structures within the campus/premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other civil structures.
• Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure to identify maintenance needs.
• Plan and supervise repair, renovation, and modification works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented.
• Handle plumbing, masonry, waterproofing, painting, and carpentry-related works.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and urgent repair requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in civil maintenance (experience in educational institutions/hospitals preferred).
• Knowledge of building construction and maintenance practices.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong vendor management and supervision skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
