Job Title: Civil Planning Engineer (Junior)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Planning Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, scheduling, and documentation of civil engineering projects while ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring

• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams

• Track project progress and prepare reports

• Prepare and draft official letters and project correspondence

• Prepare payment applications, invoices, and supporting documents

• Support in resource planning and allocation

• Ensure project activities are aligned with timelines and scope

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory

• Basic knowledge of planning software (e.g., Primavera or MS Project) is an advantage

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Candidates currently available in Kuwait

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
