Civil Project Manager

Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Dubai Municipality License, Society of Engineers (SOE) Card, and a UAE Driving License. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage project teams, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with UAE construction regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of civil construction projects including design review, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement quality assurance measures, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage project resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Supervise site teams, providing technical guidance and resolving engineering issues as they arise.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on all project sites.
• Lead progress meetings with stakeholders and submit project status updates.
• Ensure proper documentation, permits, and approvals from relevant authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil construction project management within the UAE.
• Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality License, SOE Card, and UAE Driving License.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, standards, and authority approval procedures.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
