Civil Project Manager | 10+ Years Experience | Dubai Construction Industry

Experienced Civil Project Manager with 10+ years of proven success in managing large-scale construction projects in Dubai. Extensive knowledge of all phases of civil engineering projects, from initial planning and design coordination to execution, monitoring, and handover.

Demonstrated expertise in:

Project planning, scheduling, and execution for multi-story buildings and civil infrastructure

Budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization

Quality assurance, safety compliance, and regulatory approvals (local Dubai / UAE standards)

Mandatory requirement: Proven track record of successfully completed and handed-over projects in Dubai (minimum 3–4 projects).

Committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

G+Unlimited certificate from Dubai Municipality is a must.
