Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil construction works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites
• Supervise site execution, workforce, subcontractors, and site engineers
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and material usage
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
• Handle site issues, delays, and technical challenges effectively
• Control project schedule, cost, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 6–10 years of experience in construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, industrial works)
• Strong site execution and construction management experience
• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination
• Oil & Gas construction experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
