Job Title: Civil Project Supervisor

Location: Project Site Tharparkar
Reports to: Manager Projects

Job Purpose

The Civil Project Supervisor will manage and oversee civil construction activities at the project site, including foundations, concrete works, steel erection, drainage, roadworks, and building construction. The role ensures safe, timely, and quality delivery of civil works in compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil works (excavation, foundations, concreting, structural erection, roadworks, finishing).
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and material testing (slump, cube, compaction, etc.).
• Review QA/QC documents, drawings, and reports to ensure compliance with ACI/ASTM/BS standards.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve site-level technical issues.
• Enforce strict HSE compliance including permits, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, and hot work safety.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, inspection records, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, HSE, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure timely availability and use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support commissioning activities and respond to emergency breakdowns (structural cracks, drainage failures, etc.).

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong technical expertise in civil construction (excavation, concreting, steel erection, structural finishing).
• Proficient in inspection, testing, and verification of civil structures and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of international civil standards (ACI, ASTM, BS).
• Skilled in QA/QC practices, reporting, and site documentation.
• Strong HSE knowledge for high-risk civil activities.
• Hands-on experience in material management and site coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BSc / DAE Civil Engineering (Bachelors preferred).
• Experience: 5–10 years in civil project supervision (industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction).
• Preferred: Experience in quality assurance, safety compliance, and contractor management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
