Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 75,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (including 2 hours of daily overtime)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Civil Supervisor to manage civil construction and installation activities for a pharmaceutical infrastructure project. The position involves supervising on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Supervision & Coordination

Oversee all civil construction activities at the site.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on schedules and deliverables.

Ensure that work is executed as per technical drawings and specifications.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Enforce quality control measures and conduct inspections.

Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

Ensure all work complies with project standards and guidelines.

Health & Safety

Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations.

Conduct daily toolbox talks and promote a safety-first culture.

Report and investigate any on-site incidents and implement preventive measures.

Team Supervision

Manage and supervise site teams, including subcontractors and labor.

Allocate tasks and monitor performance for efficiency and discipline.

Provide on-the-job guidance and mentorship where needed.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate daily site logs, progress reports, and safety records.

Communicate regular updates and escalate issues to project management.

Materials & Resource Management

Coordinate the timely delivery and use of materials and equipment.

Track inventory usage and minimize wastage.

Problem Solving

Proactively identify issues that could impact timelines or quality.

Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:

Education: DAE or BS in Civil Engineering (from a recognized institution)

Experience: 4–6 years of relevant site supervision experience; pharma/industrial project experience is a plus

Skills Required:

Excellent knowledge of construction standards and project coordination

Familiarity with HSE protocols

Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
