Hiring – Civil QC Engineer / Inspector (Maintenance Project)

Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the quality of civil maintenance works such as structural repairs, roadwork, foundations, and building maintenance. Ensures all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, ITP, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections for civil and structural maintenance works
• Inspect materials such as cement, steel, sand, and precast elements
• Monitor concrete repairs, masonry work, structural steel refurbishment, and road/drainage works
• Ensure inspections follow approved ITP and witness required tests
• Prepare inspection reports and issue NCR/SOR when required
• Coordinate with supervisors for work permits and safety compliance
• Verify work at hold points before proceeding further

Requirements:

• Experience: 4–10+ years in Civil QA/QC inspection (Oil & Gas / Infrastructure / Maintenance)
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of drawings, specifications, and codes (ASTM, ACI, BS)
• Certifications: NDT Level II (PT, MT, UT) preferred; CSWIP 3.2 or AWS-CWI is an advantage
• Others: Valid QID (Qatar) and experience with QP / PDO / Kahramaa standards preferred
