Civil Quality Control Supervisor

Job Location: Madison Square Mall, Gulberg, Lahore

Job Description:
Madison Square Mall is seeking a skilled Civil Quality Control Supervisor to oversee on-site quality assurance for all civil works. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards while maintaining high levels of workmanship and structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure quality of all civil works on-site
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
• Oversee material quality including concrete, steel, and other construction materials
• Coordinate and review testing (e.g., concrete strength, material testing)
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain quality documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in civil quality control or site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and QA/QC procedures
• Familiarity with material testing and inspection processes
• Good reporting and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
