Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality work, manage resources, and maintain safety standards on-site. The Site Engineer will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers.
• Monitor labor and material usage to reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain quality control by reviewing workmanship and materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in site supervision (depending on role level).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or site management software is an advantage.
