Civil Site Engineer

Position: Civil Engineer

Job Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced engineer who possesses a strong background in civil engineering. The preferred candidate will have relevant experience in the UAE, particularly in Dubai, focusing on residential villas. The applicant is required to exhibit a comprehensive understanding of local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the construction of villas according to approved plans and specifications.

- Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.

- Collaborate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Perform site inspections to assess progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.

- Resolve any technical issues that may occur during the construction process.

- Implement safety and quality control measures on-site.

- Coordinate the handover of completed works to clients and ensure the completion of necessary rectification works, in accordance with project specifications.

- Inspect materials and ongoing work for compliance with specified requirements.

- Provide information regarding variation orders and site instructions.

- Offer measurement and valuation, in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor when appropriate.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience: Required UAE experience in the construction of Residential Villas.
Strong communication skills.
