Civil Engineer – Construction

Company Overview:
We are a well-established construction company based in Sharjah, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the UAE. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the successful execution of ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct inspections and ensure work quality meets project and authority requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track materials, and report to management on site performance.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and local authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Municipality, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 5–10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in residential or commercial building projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in site execution, structural works, and finishing activities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools (Primavera or MS Project).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Available to join immediately or within short notice (preferred).
