Civil Site Engineer

1. Must have Valid UAE Driving License.

2. Must have 6 +years and Above Work experience in construction in UAE.

Ø Managing the activities on the site and preparing inspection requests and handing over the executed works to the engineer .
Ø Ordering and submitting materials and materials samples.
Ø Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Ø Preparing and updating works time schedule and manage works to keep it flowing according to the approved schedule.
Ø Preparing reports, submittals, letters and any needed response.
Ø Monitoring our subcontractors works and perform quality control inspections for delivered the executed works to ensure that it is pursuant to the contract specifications and drawings.
Ø Prepare interim payments, variations and claims to be submitted to the
consultant for approval
Ø Prepare & Approve subcontractors interim payments.
Ø Participate in project close-out and Hand over .
Ø Pricing any variations.
Ø Managing & scheduling of manpower, material, equipment & all activities for actual daily needs on construction sites.
Ø Contractor’s submittals reviewing, Sub-contractor’s prequalification documents, material submittals, method statements, technical documents, shop drawings, etc...
Ø Analysis and recommendations of claims for Extension of Time & Variation Order.
Ø Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control.
Ø BOQ (Estimation, costing & Tendering) preparation of civil works.
Ø Tender offer analysis
Ø Monthly payment invoice review.
Ø Co coordinating with Clients & Consultants.
Ø Liaising with Govt. depts. like DEWA & Dubai municipality.
