Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) with 1–2 years of construction experience to support site execution and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor material usage and report site progress
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of construction experience (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
