Civil Site Engineer - FIT Out

We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer to join our growing interior design & fit-out team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise fit-out works on site and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with designers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards

• Prepare daily and weekly site reports

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Handle site inspections and approvals

• Solve site issues and manage variations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out / interior projects

• Strong knowledge of site execution and finishing works

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• UAE experience is a plus
