Civil Site Engineer / Fresh Graduate

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi for interior fit-out and maintenance projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site works, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and understand shop drawings and project specifications.
• Supervise site works and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with site team, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily site progress and report updates to management.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Make sure materials are available before starting work.
• Solve site issues and ensure work progress without delays.
• Prepare daily reports and site updates.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or candidates with 0–5 years experience.
• Basic understanding of shop drawings (mandatory).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Hindi speaking is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in UAE preferred.
• Driving license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
