Civil Site Supervisor – (Fit-Out)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor (Fit-Out) to join our dynamic interior fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site activities, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain smooth coordination across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site operations for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients to resolve on-site issues and implement required changes.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports, material tracking, and attendance records.
• Monitor material and equipment availability to avoid project delays.
• Enforce health and safety standards across the site at all times.
• Identify and resolve site challenges proactively to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in interior fit-out supervision or a related civil role.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and safety regulations.
• Civil background is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with different teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project demands.
