Civil Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor to join our dynamic interior fit-out team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site operations for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients to resolve site-related issues and implement required changes.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily site reports, material tracking, and attendance records.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to prevent project delays.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in interior fit-out supervision or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and safety regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project requirements.
