• To study the Basic Engineering Design Document and other documents necessary to carry out further engineering activities
• To ensure that engineers and designers in his/ her team are aware of specific job requirements and to ensure that the departmental quality procedures are adopted consistently.

Technical Need to Have Nice to Have

• Should have sound fundamentals in Civil and structural engineering.
• Shall have hand-on experience in utilizing STAAD-Pro.
• Shall have necessary skills and knowledge to check design calculations and drawings for Foundation and structures.
• Working in integrated 3D environment including interface with other departments and vendors.
• Exposure to any one plant design system viz. PDS, PDMS or SP-3D is essential.
• Exposure to design of foundations / structures and other civil works such as pits/ponds for refinery/petrochemicals or power plants is required.
• Exposure to other design software such as Foundation-3D, Mat-3D, GTStruDl, SAP2000, ETABS etc. will be desirable.
