Structural Design Engineer (Civil/Structural) – Australian based consultancy firm

Salary: Rs100,000 – Rs200,000 per month

This position is strictly for Structural Design Engineers with hands-on experience in structural analysis and design.

Applicants without substantial structural design experience will not be considered.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Structural Design Engineers to join our team and work on residential and commercial projects for Australian clients. The role focuses on structural analysis, design, calculations, detailing, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for residential and small commercial projects
• Prepare structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation
• Develop structural drawings and detailing using engineering software
• Review drawings and models for accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
• Coordinate with architects, drafters, and engineering team members
• Support project delivery within deadlines
• Maintain organized project records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with team members and international clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 5–10 years of proven Structural Design Engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, or similar structural design software
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a professional team environment

Preferred

Experience working on Australian, US, UK, or other international structural design projects will be an advantage.
