Structural Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and competent Structural Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of structural engineering principles, relevant design codes, and industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC, steel, and masonry structures.
• Prepare structural design calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
• Develop structural drawings, reinforcement details, and design specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review and verify structural drawings prepared by draughtsmen.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Assess existing structures and recommend strengthening or retrofitting solutions where required.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable national and international codes and standards.
• Provide technical support during project planning, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and technical proposals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Specialization in Structural Engineering preferred).
• PEC Registered Engineer.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure design.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as:
• ETABS
• SAFE
• SAP2000
• AutoCAD
• Familiarity with international design codes including ACI, ASCE, UBC/IBC, and AISC.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of seismic analysis and design.
• Experience in structural assessment, rehabilitation, and retrofitting projects.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
