Civil Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in decoration and finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with the project team to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor civil and decoration works on-site.
• Plan and allocate manpower and materials.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily progress reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of interior/exterior decoration and finishing works.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
