Civil Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 4 years of experience working in Oman in civil supervision roles and must hold a valid Oman driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project progress as per schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and labor teams.
• Monitor site safety, quality of work, and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of resources (manpower, materials, equipment).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of civil supervision experience in Oman.
• Valid Oman Driving License – must have.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and construction techniques.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
