Your Role

As a Civil Supervisor , you will:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality control across all civil works.
• Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and HSE teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and resolve any technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil supervision within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related field
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, Familiarity with international standards and safety protocols.
• Must be willing to be assigned to our remote locations
