Civil Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Involves checking, repairing and servicing building and infrastructure
• Provides engineering support by responding to requests for maintenance problems
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications
• Determine the adequacy and strength of the foundations.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
• Meets maintenance financial objectives by forecasting requirements
• Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Diagnosing faults and calling for repairs.
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Creating maintenance procedures
• Performing preventive maintenance
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Any other task assigned by senior management

Qualification: Bachelors in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in Associate Engineering
Experience: 2-3 Years (Should have supervised a relevant project)
Location: Thokar, Multan Road, Lahore.
