civil supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works including concrete, masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage
• Ensure site safety rules and quality standards are followed
• Report daily work progress to the Project Engineer / Manager
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule
• Check workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing
• Assist in site measurements and material planning

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction or interior fit-out works
• Good knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in GCC projects will be an added advantage
