Civil Supervisor

​Job Title: Civil Supervisor (Horticulture & Plantation)​Role Overview

​The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the execution of hardscape and softscape projects. This role requires a unique blend of expertise: managing traditional civil tasks (grading, drainage, paving) while supervising large-scale plantation, irrigation setup, and long-term landscape maintenance. You will ensure that the "grey" infrastructure perfectly supports the "green" environment.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Site & Hardscape Supervision

• ​Oversee earthworks, including site leveling, grading, and soil preparation for plantation.
• ​Supervise the construction of civil elements: walkways, retaining walls, decorative water features, and gazebos.
• ​Ensure all works align with technical drawings and structural specifications.

​2. Horticulture & Plantation Management

• ​Manage the procurement, health check, and transplantation of trees, shrubs, and groundcover.
• ​Direct the installation of automated and manual irrigation systems, ensuring proper pressure and coverage.
• ​Supervise soil conditioning, manuring, and the application of pesticides/fertilizers.

​3. Project Coordination & Safety

• ​Coordinate with landscape architects, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
• ​Maintain daily logs, material inventories, and labor attendance.
• ​Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards on-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
