Civil Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the planning, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive infrastructure experience, and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities related to civil infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems, utilities, and other public works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor work progress, inspect work sites, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities and resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including daily reports, inspection logs, and safety records.
• Ensure environmental and safety regulations are adhered to throughout all phases of construction.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to construction crews and junior staff.
• Participate in project meetings, progress reviews, and client interactions as required.
