Required: Civil Supervisor for Residential Construction

We are looking for a competent and experienced Civil Supervisor for the construction of a residential house.

Qualification:

- DAE (Civil) / B.Tech / BSc Civil Engineering

Experience:

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in residential construction supervision

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Site supervision and execution of civil works

- Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings

- Supervision and coordination of MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

- Quality control and material inspection

- Handling labor and subcontractors efficiently

- Ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications

- Monitoring daily progress and maintaining site reports

- Good knowledge of BOQs, measurements, and billing support

- Experience in finishing works (tiles, plaster, paint, fixtures, etc.)

- Coordination with consultants and contractors

- Assist in obtaining approvals/NOCs from relevant departments and authorities

- Reporting directly to the Owner

- Assist in maintenance and repair works of existing residences/facilities/warehouse
