Site Supervisor (Construction)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, manage site operations, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Monitor project progress and report to project manager
• Manage site materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
