Creative HMC Interior Design is urgently seeking an experienced Civil / Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The selected candidate will manage healthcare, renovation, fit-out, and structural projects as a* Project Manager*, overseeing projects from authority approvals through execution and final handover.

As a specialized healthcare design and fit-out company, we are looking for a professional with strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and experience handling UAE authority approvals and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise healthcare, renovation, fit-out, and structural projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Prepare and review structural drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation
• Handle Dubai Municipality, DHA, and other authority submissions, approvals, and compliance requirements
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards, safety, and project timelines are maintained
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support throughout project execution
• Coordinate construction activities and ensure smooth project delivery
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
• Must be Dubai Municipality approved
• Experience in healthcare, renovation, and fit-out projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and authority approval procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
• Professional English communication skills required
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
