Claims Assessor - Motors

Job Responsibilities:
Assess and process claims by verifying submitted documents, analyzing policy terms, conditions, and product specifications within authority limits to ensure accurate, fair, and efficient settlements
Respond to enquiries from policyholders and brokers by providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and following service level agreements to support customer satisfaction.
Follow up on required documents and data by coordinating with stakeholders and updating records to maintain accurate reserves and complete outstanding claims within acceptable turnaround times.
Support compliance with best practices in claims assessment by checking salvage handling processes and tracking legal case follow-ups to ensure proper documentation and regulatory alignment.
Maintain organized claim files by updating records, ensuring accuracy, and keeping documentation readily available for audits and reviews.

Job Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of experience in the insurance field.
Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or related field.
