About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare operations? We are seeking a dedicated Associate to join our dynamic Claims Management team. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of insurance claims for outpatient, emergency room, and inpatient services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims for OP, ER, and IP services in compliance with payer requirements.
  • Monitor claims trends to identify areas for improvement and help reduce denials.
  • Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with the billing team and healthcare providers to verify coding and obtain necessary documentation.
  • Review and help resolve claim denials and rejections promptly.
  • Maintain precise records of claims, payments, and outstanding receivables.
  • Assist in training junior staff and contribute to the development of process guides.
  • Prepare performance reports for management review.

Who We Are Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in claims management or a related RCM role.
  • Strong knowledge of OP, ER, and IP billing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
