Claims Contract Director

Overview

We are excited to announce that our client into Construction in KSA is hiring for Claims Contract Director based in Riyadh!

Education

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (Master's) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction claims management, contract administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex construction claims.
• Experience in construction project management, estimating, or engineering is a plus.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply contractual provisions, industry standards, and legal precedents.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to direct and mentor a team of claims professionals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and claims management software.

Certifications/Licenses

• Certified Construction Lawyer (CCL) or similar certification preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or other relevant license a plus.
