Class Co Teacher - KG Stage

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a passionate and nurturing Class Co-Teacher for the KG Stage to join our vibrant educational team at Madinaty Languag e School . As a Class Co-Teacher, you will play a critical role in supporting the lead teacher in creating an engaging, safe, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Job location : Madinaty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning
• Support students' individual learning needs, providing differentiated instruction and promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Help manage daily classroom activities, including transitions, routines, and behavior management, ensuring a safe
• Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to create a cohesive and effective learning environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education
• Maintain classroom organization and assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with young children, particularly in a kindergarten or preschool setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with students and families
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, fostering a love for learning among students
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
