As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations, develop our team, and support business growth.

Position Summary

The Area Manager will be responsible for the overall management of cleaning operations, including recruitment and training, employee oversight, client relationship management, and inventory control. This role will also support business development by acquiring new clients and enhancing our presence through marketing and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive both operational excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Training: Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees while ensuring training aligns with company standards.
• Team Management: Supervise and evaluate employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
• Client Relations: Maintain and strengthen client relationships, promptly address concerns, and actively contribute to new client acquisition.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and maintain supply inventory, ensure equipment is available and in proper working order, and implement efficient processes across teams.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure services meet company expectations and client requirements.
• Business Growth: Collaborate with ownership to achieve revenue goals, promote services, and support Clean & Pristine’s brand visibility through social media and community engagement.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, area management, or team leadership (cleaning industry experience preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in staff recruitment, training, and retention.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency with basic business software and social media platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
