Cleaning Supervisor/Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple sites
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring deep cleaning and facade cleaning are completed as required.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure correct use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
• Train staff in cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and chemical safety.
• Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports regarding cleaning activities, staff attendance, and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Liaise with clients to understand and meet specific cleaning needs.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of industrial, commercial, and residential cleaning practices.
• Experience in deep cleaning and facade cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and modern equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to create and maintain cleaning reports and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
