Cleaning Supervisor Assistant

Job Specifications:

• To assist supervisor in monitoring cleaning staff to ensure they adhere to cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
• Assign cleaning tasks, coordinate work schedules, and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular checks of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet the required cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and linens, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
• Ensure that cleaning equipment is in good working condition, properly maintained, and safe to use.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints related to cleaning services promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory, and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
