HOUSEKEEPING /FARM SUPERVISOR (VILLA/FARM AREA)

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (Farm/Villa Area)
Location: On-site, accommodation provided
Work Schedule: Stay-in position (Day off to be discussed with your Manager)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of a private farm/villa area. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene and housekeeping are consistently maintained, while supervising and guiding the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily housekeeping operations for the villa and farm facilities.

· Train, monitor, and support housekeeping staff.

· Ensure rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces are kept clean and orderly.

· Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and inventory.

· Report maintenance issues to management.

· Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility with working hours and schedules.
