Clearing and Treasury Specialist, UAE

Responsibilities

1. Perform daily reconciliations of deposit and withdrawal funds based on online banking details.
2. Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions.
3. Handle customer service inquiries related to funding issues.
4. Adjust and process incorrect currency deposits from customers.
5. Coordinate with market activities and other related operations.
6. Compile and analyze daily system operation data.
7. Assist in connecting new channels and related activities prior to successful launch.
8. Prepare short-term cash forecasts and manage daily cash processes within group liquidity structures.
9. Support management of intercompany loans, settlements, and accrued interest.
10. Manage onboarding of new bank accounts, set up online banking systems, and coordinate bank signatories.
11. Collaborate with Treasury Managers on accounting, treasury management systems, and payment product implementations.
12. Contribute to the smooth operation of treasury functions through various duties.
13. Maintain accurate transactional data in accounting and treasury systems.
14. Draft asset reconciliation reports and oversee daily post-trade settlement for crypto assets.
15. Oversee cold wallet operations, including wallet creation, transaction approval, and device security.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
2. 5-10 years of experience in trading, market operations, third-party payment clearing, and settlement, preferably in commercial banks.
3. Strong risk awareness and risk identification abilities.
4. Excellent logical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Energetic, innovative, responsible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
6. Familiarity with internet finance and traditional financial services.
7. Experience leading teams and managing projects independently.
8. Bilingual in English and Arabic for effective coordination with overseas partners.
9. Must be based in Dubai.
