The candidate selected for this project will be embedded in the customer's Marketing team as a team member in a contractor capacity. Currently, we're seeking a candidate for a 12-month contractor position (extendable)


Contractor Role Marketing Operations Analyst with Top Global Brand

Role level: Analyst (2–4 years of experience)

Compensation: Based on the seniority of the candidate

Duration: 12-month contract with employment agency (extendable for additional 12-month periods)

Location: Dubai ( Offices of our Customer)

Employer: Employment with Digital Future Middle East FZ-LLC, working directly as a consultant


Role Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to support our Saudi Marketing Services Operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth processes across contract management, purchase orders, and day-to-day operational workflows. You’ll work closely with internal teams to keep everything running efficiently and in full compliance.


Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Prepare and manage campaign contracts using Ariba and Q; Be, ensuring timely approvals and signatures.
  • Coordinate with Controllership, Legal, and Compliance to finalize contracts accurately and on schedule.
  • Create and track Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring vendors are paid promptly and records are maintained.
  • Keep all documentation organized, up to date, and audit-ready.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates and monthly reports on contract and PO activities, highlighting key insights and progress.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, procurement, or marketing support.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba, Q; Be, or similar procurement tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work across teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing or agency operations.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and financial systems.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Proven track record of improving workflows or streamlining operations.
