Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clerk to join our administrative team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and exceptional customer support. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
  • Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls promptly
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Organize files, manage calendars, and assist with appointment scheduling for staff or clients
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Assist with general office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies

Requirements

  • Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs
  • Strong computer literacy, typing skills, and time management capabilities
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, support office operations, and provide customer support efficiently
