We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Acquisition Executive to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have strong lead generation skills, be comfortable with face-to-face and virtual client interactions, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead Identification & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients across SMEs, startups, and enterprises using effective lead generation strategies.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking.
- Leverage knowledge of lead generation tools to maximize outreach and prospect engagement.
Client Outreach & Engagement
- Initiate contact with prospects to present our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.).
- Conduct needs assessments to align client requirements with tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Confidently engage in both face-to-face and virtual client meetings to build trust and rapport.
Sales Conversion & Onboarding
- Develop and present compelling proposals and service plans to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly acquisition targets.
- Handle agreements and contracts with precision, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Relationship Building
- Maintain strong post-acquisition relationships to foster repeat business and client referrals.
- Collect client feedback to enhance service quality and share insights with internal teams.
Market Research & Team Collaboration
- Stay informed on market trends, client demands, and competitor offerings in the digital marketing space.
- Share actionable insights with marketing and strategy teams to improve service positioning.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to deliver integrated solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in the digital marketing industry is a strong plus).
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with comfort in face-to-face and virtual client interactions.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling agreements and contracts with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and adaptable, with a commitment to a long-term career.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
