Client Acquisition Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to support our international client outreach and commercial growth activities. This role requires individuals who are comfortable engaging with international prospects, managing consistent follow-ups, and participating in commercial discussions. The candidate will handle prospect outreach, client coordination, negotiation discussions, and ensure all activity updates are accurately maintained on the company portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential international clients through calls and other communication channels to introduce company services.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects and maintain engagement until opportunities progress.
• Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
• Participate in pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate meetings, discussions, and proposal presentations with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations, opportunity progress, and updates on the company portal.
• Monitor assigned leads and ensure timely communication and follow-up actions.
• Share feedback regarding client responses, objections, and market insights.
• Contribute toward achieving individual and team growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of international sales experience (experience in real estate is not preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in handling client discussions and objections.
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and updates within online systems or CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 70,000 per month.
• Commission and performance bonuses offered on top of the base salary.
