Client Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in handling international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.).

Identify new business opportunities and expand global client base.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Lead, train, and supervise the sales team.

Handle high-value client negotiations and deal closures.

Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.

Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client retention.

Requirements:

Good experience in international sales or B2B sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Experience in managing teams and handling pressure.

Ability to work in night shifts / different time zones.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Location : Gulshan E Iqbal block 2.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
